How to select one time vs. license?

I am trying to upgrade to Parallels Desktop 15 Home & Student. On the purchase page it is not clear whether I am getting a one time or a subscription. How can I be sure?
 
Hi Standard Parallels Desktop edition (for Home) has a permanent license/one-time purchase only.
Please let us know if it's not that case.
