How to speed up VM

Hi all,
I've installed a windows 10 VM under parallels.
I realized that when I play videos I cannot see them flowing correctly. I heard my mac mini's fan speeding up ant he VM performances go bad.
Is there any fine tuning I can do to avoid this behavior?

Hello Mauro, please try the steps mentioned below:
Go to Actions > Configure > Options > Optimization > disable Free Space: Real-time Virtual Disk Optimization.
Open virtual machine configuration > switch to Options tab > Optimization tab > Set performance to Faster virtual machine; check Enable adaptive hypervisor and Tune Windows for speed. If you're not running on battery power, you can also turn on the Better performance option.
Go to Configure > Hardware tab > CPU & Memory increase to the maximum. Please refer to this article.
 
I modified the Real-time Virtual Disk Optimization option.
All the others were already set as you told but it haven't changed so much...
It was very cpu consuming with video with high resolution (480p or 720p).
I think it is the flashplayer browser plugin which push the CPU to 100%
