How to stop Mac software from Preferred Application list

Okay, I installed Bootcamp on my MacBook Pro, then installed Parallels 6. With the problem of Windows wanting authorization each time I switch between Parallels and Bootcamp, I opted to stop using Parallels. But now when I'm in Bootcamp and want to launch a file, Windows will list my Mac software in the Open With list. When I want to open a JPG, Sometimes I want to launch Photoshop for Windows, sometimes some other Windows software. But when I right-mouse and select Open With..., my list of Mac software overruns the Windows software.

Is this a Bootcamp problem or a Parallels problem?
