How to tell which build of Parallels 9 is installed?

I think I just updated my new Parallels 9 to the latest build (23350?). But, how do I tell which build I have. I can't get the Parallels Desktop to come in so that I can look for this info.

This latest update was scary. It took a long, long time to load and I finally had to shut down my MacBook Pro and then restart it in order for it to finish the install.

So how to I find out which build I'm using.

If Parallels Desktop doesn't start, then installation was not complete properly. Try to reinstall Parallels Desktop.
Event if you can check version of few components, it is possible that some components was not updated. So it is safer to reinstall Parallels Desktop.
