How to transfer files between the Guest OS (OS X) and main OS (OS X)?

How do you transfer files between the guest OS (OS X 10.8) and main OS (OS X 10.8)? I've got "Shared Folders" mounted, but it shows only 4.29 GB of free space available on any Shared Folder (and in reality, these folders have TBs of free space)?

I've also tried mounting a Shared Folder via AFP, but files transfers crawl. 5GB is going to take 1hr+.

Any suggestions?

Hi Kristin,

In the Parallels configuration of your VM you can setup which folders of your host system shall be available to the guest system (see Options ...)
