How to transfer Parallels Desktop 10 license to a new Mac

I want to transfer the license of my Parallels Desktop 10 to my new Mac, how can I do that. I migrate the whole system from my old Mac and failed to activate it even I have uninstalled the Parallels Desktop in my old Mac. How to transfer the license to my new Mac? Thanks.
