For a time I ran Windows XP from my BootCamp partition under Parallels but decided just to make a full VM out of it. No problem doing that. Now when I want to uninstall P Tools from Windows on my BootCamp partition it tells me I have to uninstall P Tools while in the VM. ??? How am I going to do that? Is there any other way?

You have to uninstall them when your working in your vm, because there installed on your vm.

In windows go to Software add/remove and remove them

Well there in is the problem. Again I turned the BootCamp created Windows partition into a real VM (i.e. not running from the partition). I did try creating another VM to run off of the Windows partition but it still wouldn't let me uninstall PT.

It is a moot point now anyway since my real Windows VM does everything I need I decided to trash the Windows partition on the HD and reclaim the space.

    Thanks.
