How to use my dedicated graphics card in parallels desktop

I read this article - https://kb.parallels.com/en/122807, but it is not relevant to solve my problem (for instance there is no automatic graphics switching option in windows 10 that I can find). I just want to know the steps so I can use my AMD GPU in while I am using parallels desktop?
