HP1320 printer - Before I pull my hair out...

And more importantly, before my wife kills me for not being able to get this printer to work in Parallels 5160 on Windows XP, could somebody point me in the right direction? The printer is selected under the USB accessories in the bottom right of the single window view.

I try to install the printer locally on WinXP but it won't detect it.

I then installed Bonjour for WinXP and that turned out to be a mess. It sees the printer and installed it in Printers & Faxes in XP but printing is sporadic. Sometimes it works, other times the files just pile up in the queue with nothing happening.

It shouldn't be this hard...

Unfortunately, I don't have an answer for you, but rather another question - Sorry! [This is of course assuming the wife hasn't killed you yet....]

Anyway, the "tone" of your post suggests to me that it was working under the previous release (4560) - Correct?

I haven't played around with installing printers as mine are on the network. However, "upgrading" (4560 -> 5160) has *definitely* broken video playback in my installation - Which right now is a major PITA and prompted to go and re-download 4560 - But I can't find it anywhere......

Have you set it up to be used on the OS X side and then shared the printer and used Bonjour on the windows side to access the OS X share?
