HTTP 400 Bad Request after last windows update

I did Windows Update last night, and now on some sites that were working fine before, I get an "HTTP 400 Bad Request"

How do I undo the last windows update to double check that this is in fact the problem? Literally nothing else changed, so I'm not sure what else it could be.
