I have a MacPro dual 2.6 with 2GB RAM.
Everthing was working well until I installed 10.4.8, the firmware update, and RC2.
When I initially boot up my computer, everything is working well, but the instant I start Parallels RC2, most of my USB busses shut down with the exception of my keyboard and printer. I have a Logitech S530 wireless desktop for Mac. The keyboard continues to work, but the mouse stops and I have to plug in my wired mouse. Only a reboot will allow me to use my USB devices again under Mac OS.
Things I am doing when this happens...

EyeTV open
Missing sync for pocket PC open, but not listening for devices
iTunes 7.0.1 open
Virtues Desktop running
What I was trying to do was sync my pocket PC smart phone to MacOS via missing sync, then sync with Windows to get my Quicken stuff on my phone. I've tried it several times
