Parallels 4.0 build 3810 on OS X 10.5.6. Last night at 3 AM, it started to take a snapshot. It was still doing this at 9 AM this morning. The VM is totally hung. I cannot shut down Parallels normally because it says to wait for the snapshot to finish. A force quit and restart brings Parallels back to the same hung state! See attached screen shot
What do I do to get out of this, and, say to get back to the last good snapshot.
There should always be a way to stop something or to recover if it hangs.
