I bought parallels after may 1st, help!

I want to play 3d games on parallels but I need v3.0. Apparently if you bought it after may 1st you can download it for free. How can I do this please? I really want to play 3d games on it. So if anyone can help, it would be much appreciated.
 
I am in new zealand, and the only countries it lets me choose are america and canada. How do I register from New Zealand? Because at this point it doesnt look like you can.
