I cannot access webmail. Help me!

When i access webmail, it apperances an error: "HTTP 401.3 unauthorized due to access control list (ACL) on resource". Although i set full permission for everyone at webmail folder but not success!! Could you help me?

Hello,im just wondering if your issue is already fixed.Im having the same problem.Everytime I access the webmail theres always an error.
