I cannot get Windows XP SP2 to reboot? Please Help

this is the message that it gives me

Windows could not start because of an error in the software.
Please report this problem as :
load needed DLLs for kernel.
Please contact your support person to report this problem.

I have tried to boot from the windows CD but that didnt work and nothing else seems to do anything.

PLEASE HELP???

same problem here unfortunately looks like the solution was pm'ed to you so I have no idea how you fixed it??? anybody have any suggestions? thanks.
