I used to operate with bootcamp assistance , with divided harddisk into 2 partition . 1)windows partition,2)mac partition .afterthat, i combined it tobe one partition for using paralles. when i open parallels program to setup exist program which is in the old windows partition. i cannot setup the program in parallels. how can i solve this problem? thanks you for all advice.

It's not clear enough what you're trying to achieve... is it correct that you are trying to create a virtual machine based on your Boot Camp partition? What errors you receive? You could put here the output of
diskutil list
run from the Terminal (Applications/Utilities) and the screenshot of the system profiler on Serial-ATA tab (About this Mac -> More info -> Serial-ATA)
