I can't renew my subscription

I have tried multiple times to renew my subscription with no success. When I select the renew and pay buttion, I always get the following message, but nothing ever happens.
Your request to renew a subscription will be processed shortly, provided you've entered a valid payment method. A request is usually processed within 1 hour but may take longer in some cases. If you chose PayPal or wire transfer, make sure to complete the transaction.
Your subscription will be updated automatically as soon as we receive a notification from our payment provider.
Any ideas?

Following a verification on your records, we observe that your subscription was refunded back in 2020 which explains the reason as to why you are unable to renew your license in 2024.
