I can't update my key

Your perpetual key 986MD9-***-***-***-MWT4CE is a perpetual key for Parallels Desktop 15 that can't be used to activate Parallels Desktop 19. We have an issue in Parallels Desktop that displays all perpetual keys as Parallels Desktop 19 keys (which is confusing, I agree) and are fixing the issue in one of the upcoming updates of Parallels Desktop 19.
To help you activate Parallels Desktop 19, kindly purchase a new key at https://www.parallels.com/desktop-upgrade/.
