I dont want the XP apps ICON (not FOLDER!)on my Mac DOCK - Parallels 5 in Window view

Hi, i use Parallels 5 in WINDOW mode, but i don't want the Icon of the application that are running in XP in the DOCK of Snow Leopard...

I can't find the preference for this item.....

Anyone can help me, please?

I want ONLY the PARALLELS 5 ICON, and maybe the XP Application Folder...

Please, it's important for me HIDE the XP application icons....

Because i open 10 or more programs (internal working programs) in Win, and my Mac DOCK is FULL of Icons...!
