I need a pause/F15 key

I am lawyer and our local circuit court computer information system uses an old DOS based internet computer portal which requires the use of the "Pause" key or F15 key. Unfortunately, my iMac reserves the F14 and F15 keys for screen brightness. Is their a solution to this? Is one in the works? Please advise.
 
figured it out

After some research I found out that in System Preferences>Keyboard & Mouse>Keyboard Shortcuts you can turn off the F15 key to adjust the brightness of the monitor for the iMac. After that it works for windows purposes as a "Pause" key.
