Hello, I have a subscription and am trying to use Toolbox on Windows (I use Virtualization on Mac) and am getting a message that Toolbox has been activated on 3 different machines and needs an additional license. I assure you, there is one machine with it, and only one. Can I have my activations reset? As an aside, it would be far more ideal if Parallels let you manage this yourself. This is an incredible inconvenience to deal with online support over. I didn't even find a support number.

If the issue still persists, reproduce the issue and collect a technical report as per: http://kb.parallels.com/en/124107 Then copy 9-digit ID of the report and provide it in a reply message. Having the same issue as JeremyS13 had last year. Trying to activate. Toolbox on a new Mac and am getting a message that "Toolbox has been activated on 3 different machines" and needs an additional license. Can you assist?
