Hello, I have a subscription and am trying to use Toolbox on Windows (I use Virtualization on Mac) and am getting a message that Toolbox has been activated on 3 different machines and needs an additional license. I assure you, there is one machine with it, and only one. Can I have my activations reset? As an aside, it would be far more ideal if Parallels let you manage this yourself. This is an incredible inconvenience to deal with online support over. I didn't even find a support number.
