I NEED HELP W/ MY PARALLELS MOBILE pls and thank you

I have tried everything you have said and it didnt work. I put in the correct username and the correct password. I also put in the right Ip address.. i went to the preferences in the parallels desktop menu and i checked - allow connections from iphone and when the iphone would try to connect it would say cannot connect to host.

Most probably, this needs to be investigated directly on your machine, so I would suggest you to create a ticket in our support line, it is free.
As for now, just in case, I can advise to make sure that port 64001 is not blocked by a firewall. You can doublecheck the IP address as well. To find IP address on a Mac: System Preferences > Network > then select the method of connecting to the internet, you're looking for "IP Address" or "IPv4". You may have to select an "Advanced" button and the "TCP/IP" tab to find it.

I have tried everything

I have pretty much tried ever step ive been told by support..etc nothing i do wants to make this work. It keeps saying cannot connect to host. Where do i have to go in the firewall to change the port ? Thats the only thing i couldnt find.
