I need more space

I have Windows 7 running on Parallels Desktop 11 for Mac.
Yesterday I installed Google Drive for Windows, but the files in GD have "eated" all my partition space.
In Mac OSX I can not change the partition size (second partition, I don't know why), only the first partition (I have place there). I shrinked the first partion and tried to make the second partition bigger. It's not possible.
I can not open Windows 7 under Parallels to delete some files. There is not enough space.
Any help?

@JoseM7 did you check your VM for snapshots? You can remove one of it for example, also please free up some space on your Mac.
(you can move it to the cloud for example).
