I payed successed but not send me new lissenens

Hi everyone,

Can I ask for your assistance please? i am new to this forum, i don't know where to post my questions here but anyway, i am planning to buy a license from Parallel desktop and i chose Paypal as my payment method. ive already linked my debit card but it didn't go through there's an error and wants to change the payment option, i don't know why is that. Can i just top up my PAYPAL wallet balance then? and remove my debit card that has been linked?

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
