    Hello. I purchased an online copy of Parallels Desktop 13 just last night but am not satisfied with my purchase and would like a refund, please. My cleverbridge reference number is 130681337. I e-mailed support with more details but decided to post here as well in case they do not see my message. I really hope someone can help me. Thanks.

    Hello LindaH2, We can see that the refund has already been processed on 3/3/2018. Refunds take five to seven business days to appear on your account.
