I'd like to have a visible START menu

When I start a VM that is in Coherence view, I want either the START menu to be initially visible OR accessible via a menu item on the host computer, so that I don't have to switch out of Coherence just to get the START menu. As it is, not 100% of the time, but much of the time, after I launch a VM in coherence, the VM has no visible controls, and its START menu does not appear as it should when the mouse is close to the left side of the screen. So I find it necessary to switch out of coherence just to get the menu. Once I've done that, I can switch back to coherence and the menu will usually stay visible.
