hi
i've got an ieee 1284 usb->parallel port adapter (prolific pl2305 chip) which i want to use with altera byteblaster on a jtag chain.
Would this be possible if parallels desktop could recognize the adapter (in spp mode) and provide an lpt1 port to windows?
Actually in the configuration pane in parallels, one can only add a file or printer device as an lpt port. the "real device" button is disabled. is there something planed?
kind regards,
