Need to increase disk 1 capacity (system slowing down) in my windows VM. Just installed parallels 4.0 into snow leopard on mac. I started image tool, and clicked continue on intro, but the next page only has "choose" option which leads to files but when I look into Parallels, it does not expand; I think I know the the .hdd address, but can't type it in. Any suggestions? or has this been discussed -- point me to thread.

    Hi, ChuanC

Is the problem still actual? It is very strange problem. We have no such problems in our tests.

In any case you can try to make symlink to .hdd bundle and use this link in Parallels Image Tool:
    1. Making symlink. Type in terminal following command:
    ln -s /Users/<username>/Documents/Parallels/WindowsXP.pvm/WindowsXP.hdd /Users/<username>/Documents/WindowsXP.hdd
    2. Run Parallels Image Tool and choose file /Users/<username>/Documents/WindowsXP.hdd
    3. Increase selected disk.
