Improve USB-Stick handling

Here is a suggestion for Parallels staff:

I have SanDisk Ultra Dual Drive Luxe USB Stick attached to my MBA M1. It is configured to attach to Windows 11. I leave it in there 24/7.
I am using a backup program that will copy files to the stick (NTFS formatting) every 15 minutes and issue a warning if there is some issue.

My suggestion would be that Parallels staff should do such a setup with there private Macs and just observe the issues that they
will run into (the stick ejecting/disconnecting/needing to be unplugged and replugged/showing up under MacOS instead of Windows).
In general it works fine, but I still find myself having to reconnect often, and it is also not predictable when that is.
