In the nicest possible way--how to uninstall Parallels w/o messing up my Bootcamp

I posted yesterday with this question, but one of the vigilante mods decided it was an unworthy question.

Here's the deal. I bought 3.0. I installed. I ran (slowly) my Vista Bootcamp.

Minor problems ensued.

Now I wish to uninstall w/o further damage to my Bootcamp installation.

Do I just seek out and destroy all Parallels files on my iMac as usual?

Or is there some secret handshake required to insure not further damage to my Vista/Bootcamp installation?
