I don't really know what happened, but I installed parallels and it was fine for a while. Then it wouldn't connect to the internet but ok I was fine with that for a while. But now I need to get some files off of the windows side and I can't because it's giving me errors and it is asking for an installation key. I don't know what happened but I'd like some help please, or even some suggestions? Thank you
