Inactive Subscription - but payed

    Hello,
    in february I transfered 49,99 EUR for Paralles Desktop for Mac (Reference number 443366006) to renew my licence. The support confirmed that the money was received on 20.02.2024. I still can't access to the software, because it says the licence is inactive.

    Because I can no longer contact the support via the ticket-system (because on inactive licence) I need to write in the forum.
    Could you please find a solution? I couldn't use the Software since my payment in February because of the inactive licence.

    Thank you Ashley,
    it works well now. As I can't use it since February, could you restart the licence 12-month-period to May?
    I've sent several support mails since february, while I was not able to use the software over two months.

    Hi support team,

    i have the same problem like Tim.
    I changed my bank account. The payment was rejected.
    I transferred the amount 99,98 € on the 5th Dec 2023 by myself.
    Reference No.: 433072623

    I tried to change the payment details but then parallels want to have the 99,98 € again.

    Please reactivate the subscription.

    Afterwards i would change the payment details again.

    I am experiencing the same issue and just wanted to figure out how I can get this squared away. Is there a support email that I can contact with my particular credentials to have you guys reactivate my account?

    Just looking to get back into my parallels partition after paying for the subscription.

    in february I transfered $99.99 US for Paralles Desktop for Mac (apple store ID MLV1N121T2) to renew my licence. But my license is inactive.

    I may 24 my card was charger for 89.99 to renew my license, but it´s expired on my panel.. Authorization
