Can anyone comment on this if this is true? Is any one here who run both of the products?

Well, yes - Fusion supports SMP, which parallels does not, so for multithreaded apps you will see ~2x performance under fusion.

 

Did any one do such compare between both products on single CPU / single core machine just to show how both products compare on exec hardware?
