Install from Vista Download?

I purchased a new, full copy of Windows Vista to download - directly from the Microsoft Windows Marketplace. However, the download came in three parts (a large .exe file and a boot.wim and install.wim) not an iso file. Is there any way to install from this? This is for a new virtual machine with a new install of Parallels Desktop.

Perfect, thanks! Worked like a charm, the only issue being the need to transfer the files to a PC to make the .iso.
