Install Guest OS from ISO disk image

I have an ISO disk image of Ubuntu on my Macbook hard drive. How can I install a guest OS from the disk image without actually inserting a disk in the CD ROM?
 
Go into the VM settings screen and click the CD/DVD-ROM option.Tell it to use your ISO image file instead of a physical drive. Make sure it's set to conenct on startup and enabled. Then fire up the VM and it should boot off your ISO image into the installer.
