I use a Casio thermal CD printer (model CW-100) from my Parallels desktop operating Windows XP on my MacBook (also running OS 10.5.7). In fact, the only reason I bought Parallels Windows XP was to be able to use this inexpensive, but good printer with my MacBook. However, I would like to have more fonts than the Casio program now displays. Is the printer drawing its fonts from its own software or from a folder connected to Parallels? Is it possible to get the CD printer to read more fonts?

    Hello,

The printer can use all the fonts present in your system.

    Please refer article : http://www.casio.com/products/Label_&_Disk_Title_Printers/Disk_Title_Printers/CW-100/

you can import MAC fonts to your windows by following the below steps :

    1. Click on Start button, the on Settings, then on Control Panel
    2. Double-click on the Fonts icon in Control Panel window.
    3. In the Fonts window, select the File menu, and choose Install New Font....
    4. Navigate to the folder that contains fonts you want to install.
    5. Select fonts you want to install. You can click to select one font, Control-click to select several fonts, or Shift-click
to select a contiguous group of fonts.
    6. Press the "OK" button to install the fonts.
    7. Close the Fonts control panel.

After installation, you may need to restart an application or reselect a printer in your application to make the new fonts appear in the font list.
