Install of 8.04 sits at initial CD Screen

I am new to Ubuntu and Parallels-

I am running version 3 and trying to install using the latest 8.04 ISO from the Ubuntu website-

The VM is initialized and boots to the ISO (stored locally on desktop of my new MBP)

I can select English, but then when I choose "Install" nothing happens, I know the key commands work, but the install does not start.

Any help?
