Install of Access blocking my windows Remote Desktop

not sure why....as soon as I install, I can't access remote anymore. II was out of town when I installed it last week and lost remote access. When I got home and checked router server log, I didn't see any issues. I uninstalled Access, Remote Desktop was available again....left town Friday, and today started to install it again remotely....and again lost Remote Desktop.
Any ideas???
