    Hi,

I am trying to install parallels on a new Mac. It is a legacy licence (version 10) that I want to install and test the performance of on this Mac before upgrading.

The licence is no longer used on the machine it was previously assigned to (it has had macOS reinstalled so the app is no longer on it).

When trying to activate the licence on tis MacBook I get a message stating that the maximum number of activations has been reached for the licence, but it is not in use elsewhere.

    Thanks

BTW please note that Parallels Desktop 10 in not compatible with the latest MacOs version
