Install OSX VM on Windows (On Macbook)

    Hi,
    I run Windows 10 natively on a Macbook (not via Bootcamp). i.e. Windows is the only OS on the machine.
    I have installed Parallels VM on Windows, and want to run OSX (El Capitan) as a VM from within Windows.
    Is this possible and how do I acheive it?

    (I ask because Parallels expects a startup disc to install an OS, but OSX is a download direct to the machine)
