Install Parallels Desktop 12 - Security and Privacy Error

I've previously trialled Parallels and have just purchased Parallel Desktop 12 to run on Mojave.

The option to"allow the parallels components...", doesn't come up in Security and Privacy. How to I enable this as so that I can use the software please?

Parallels Desktop 12 is only partly compatible with macOS Mojave.
Please check this out for more information. The incompatibility may cause different issues with your Parallels Desktop and virtual machine.
Would you like to test the sam behavior with the latest Parallels Desktop version during the trial period?
