"Installation assistant" persists after successful installation for Ubuntu

Hi,

Downloaded the ISO for Ubuntu 20.x LTS, the wizard suggested the fast installation mode, which I accepted.
The process goes through holding the window named "Installation Assistant (Loader / Spinning)", on completion, I login to the account. Shutdown the OS. Open the VM where the "Installation Assistant (Loader / Spinning)", keeps showing.

Seems to me, to be a bug. Used
Version 15.1.3 (47255)

Will install v16.
