Installation of Konnekt software fails

Hi,

We've been running Parallels Desktop 10 with Windows 10 (all Windows updates installe), and need to install a new software called Konnekt (trial available on konnekt.io). This software allows drive letters to be mapped to Sharepoint Online libaries. The Konnekt software works well on laptops with Windows 10, but we would also like to include our MacBook's. That's why we're trying with Parallels Dekstop trial, which looks to be a promising product to allows us to run Windows softwrare.

However when installing the Konnekt software it stops with the following error : "shellext.dll failed to register".

Not sure what goes wrong. Any idea how to troubleshoot this problem ?

Hi Maria,

Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately our trial has expired after 14 days. Do you know how to get an extension, perferably to something longer than 14 days so that there would be enough time for Parallel Dekstop Support to investigate this issue.
