Installation Problems

I am running a Mini-Mac with OS 10.4.7. I have had PD for 6 mos. and have been
trying to install it. No version number on any of the packaging or manuals or disk.
I assume it is 3.0.

The install seems to go well, message "successfully completed" or equivalent. I get the
little orange box in the applications folder and a separate PD folder. When I click on the
icon I get the Install window. I have uninstalled and repeated the install. Same thing.

Stated another way, once installed I am unable start the program, only able to start
the install process again.

Should I wait for the full moon to try again?
 
If you have had it for 6 months, it is most likely 2.2. Download 2.5 from the web site and use your key.

From what I have read, you have a copy of the install program in your Applications directory, get rid of it. Under Applications you will find the PD Folder, go in there, this is where you will find the actual application.

No need to wait for the moon.
