Installation stops with 3.0 and XP SP2

I've tried many times and still no joy.

I'm installing latest 3.0 and Windows XP as a guest. Maybe the problem is that Paralells is an eglish version and my Apple system is spanish. Also the XP is a spanish system.

I created an ISO file from the original installer, but even like this it does not work.

It stays forever as in the screenshot. What to do next?

Any help will be appreciated, thank you!

Windows XP Professional Edition, but it still is XP, isn't it?

Trying installation Windows (others) did not make a difference. Well, it hanged my computer with a spinning colour wheel :(
 
Well, the disk contains the full XP Proffesional Ed. installation and my Windows license has never been activated before, but the installation won't follow, it just stops there. Tried the real disk, also made an ISO. No clue what's the problem.
