I installed the Parallels Tools, but I've never been able to get the audio to work in the Windows 2000 Guest OS on my 17" iMac. I currently have Parallels Workstation 2.1 Beta5 (Build 1808.2) installed, but I get the problems shown in this screen shot.

Any help you can offer is greatly appreciated.

The product is coming along quite nicely, Guys. Keep up the great work!

I have a similar setup (MBP 15") and sound works fine under WIndows 2000. Look at your guest VM settings. Under resources make sure you have Sound and it's set to Default Audio. I just looked at your screen shot. Then I looked in my device manager and strangely I see two audio devices. One is bad like yours and one is just fine. Weird.

@RickMaddy - Thanks! I had to edit the VM settings and add a sound resource. Setting the output device to default audio did the trick. (I took the default settings when I originally set up the VM using Beta1, and the sound resource must not have been included in the default resources at that time.) Thanks, again!
