installing 3.0 upgrade downloaded in June

I would be very gratful for any comments people have on the following

I bought from element 5 back in june an upgrade to 3.0 for my installed 2.5 (now running on build 3214)

I am now running OS x 10.4.10 on my macbook pro

I have sitting in my downloads area build 4128 ( MAC en) that I downloaded in june, should I use this, or can I download a more upto date file?

The reason I didnt complete the upgrade in june was I had read about problems with activation codes not working with non US versions. I am presuming that all that is now history
