If I install an application in my Boot Camp partition through Parallels, it doesn't seem to run correctly when ran directly in Boot Camp instead of going through Parallels. Can someone verify this? It appears that the reason is that the installation path is different when ran in Boot Camp as opposed to Parallels. Does the latest version of Parallels rectify this?
