Installing Parallels Tools in Unbuntu 14.10 Problem

Im trying to install Parallels Tools in my new VM unbuntu.
It failed either through Terminal installation and through GUI installation.
even after I copied all the files in the "Disc" to another folder and changed the permissions, still didn't work.
What am I doing wrong here?
